Preferably, by the book Bridge Team Management, Captain A. J. Swift, MNI - Nautical Institute. We have already been selected by the Brazilain Pilot's Examantion Program and the purpouse of this course is being prepared for the last stage of our examination that will be in january/2009 at CIAGA (Full Bridge Simulaton Centre). So, we would like to know if this Training Centre provides this kind of course (in restricted waters) and, in case of positive answer, if the course includes Full Bridge Simulation. We also would like to know the total coast of the course, including taxes, and if there is a program including accomodations (lodging) and meals.
